AECOM is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner with demonstrated experience as a Human Resource partner to the business, implementing HR programs and initiatives. This role works closely with business leaders to ensure HR programs and services are in place to support and drive business objectives. The successful candidate should also have proven experience in remotely supporting client groups across the United States (US) and throughout countries within Latin America.
One of the regional leaders in the company’s global compensation and benefits (C&B) team, responsible for the Americas region (USA, Canada, México, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panamá, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay), leads strategy and implementation of C&B initiatives, manages the regional C&B team, and provides support and expertise.
Proper is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer who will not only facilitate training but will also monitor performance, iterate on methodologies, and ensure that the team consistently delivers a world-class customer experience. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs across three major focus areas: Customer service excellence, management training, and English language improvement.
You will serve as the first impression of the company for engineering and technical candidates and tell the story about our family of companies and illustrate our mission and values. In this role you will communicate effectively throughout the full recruiting cycle, build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, and implement new ideas on recruiting strategy. You will also deliver the best candidate experience on behalf of a company that’s changing the landscape of an entire industry.
This role is crucial to the daily efficiency of the company, reporting to the Assistant Controller. The individual will ensure precise accounting and seamless HR admin for a fast-growing, tech-enabled business. The detail-orientation, process focus, and compliance mindset are key to success in this remote position.
